district 30 days next

It is unlawful for any

primary, general, or special
election at which any state,

Every person who shall be 18 years of age or over on the day of the next election shall be permitted to register, if otherwise qualified.
To constitute residence, a permanent abode and dwelling place within the precinct are necessary.
Registration to be made into the office of the County Clerk or with the deputy registrars of the applicants respective precinct no later than 28 days preceding any Primary, regular, or special election at which registration cards are used.
Any registered voter who changes his residence from one address to another within the same county may have his registration transferred to his new address by making and signing an application for change of residence address upon a form to be provided by the County Clerk. Such application must be made to the office of the County Clerk and may be made either in person or by mail.
